If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made. Once orders have been confirmed in our system they are unable to be changed.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and to the following countries: Russia, China, Hong Kong, Ukraine, Saudi-Arabia, Maldives, certain countries in Africa & the Pacifics.
All orders from Gooseberry are shipped from Bali, Indonesia. You may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery depending on your location.
Please be aware that Gooseberry does not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. If you refuse to pay the Customs fee and the parcel is returned to back to Gooseberry, we will contact you regarding a re-shipment or refund.
If you opt for the refund, a shipping and handling fee could potentially be deducted from your refund.
Customs may choose to dispose of your package instead of returning it to us. In this instance, we will not be liable to reship the product back to you or offer a refund.
