We are pleased to be operating as normal. All orders are shipped out within 2 Business Days of purchase from our warehouse in Bali. Processing time may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.we are shipping orders as usual to international destinations. Sometimes parcels are subject to random checks which can cause associated delays. Gooseberry is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Cancelled Order
We are unable to accept any cancellation once an order has been dispatched. If a shipment is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the package may be abandoned at destination at recipient’s responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Restrictions
Weare unable to ship to PO Boxes and to the following countries: Russia, China, Hong Kong, Ukraine, Saudi-Arabia, Maldives, certain countries in Africa & the Pacifics.

Taxes & Duties

As duties and taxes are set by the customs authorities of the respective destination country, they are not included in your Gooseberry invoice. You are responsible to pay the duties and taxes that are assessed on your shipment. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Gooseberry, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges. The carrier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs, which you will need to pay to release the shipment.

Return Process: 

Full Price Orders - We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason you can simply return your item(s) to our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia for a STORE-CREDIT of the item's value within 21 days of receipt. Our return policy is valid for 21 days, unfortunately if 21 have passed since you've received your purchase we are unable to offer you a store credit or exchange.

Sale - We do not accept exchanges or returns on items purchased on sales or promotion, unless the items are faulty and proof is provided by the customer.

Return - Once your return authorized, you'll receive a step-by-step instructions and return address via email when we allocate your Returns Authorisation number. Important: to initiate a return, please visit our return center HERE.

Item/s must be returned within 21 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase. Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender. Gift Cards may not be returned. Items purchased on sale will not be accepted for a return, exchange or store credit. STORE-CREDIT do not expire and can be used toward anything on our site.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Gooseberry takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Gooseberry.

If you have received a faulty item please email us to arrange a prepaid return postage label. We will replace the faulty item if stock is available or refund upon return.
