PROCESSING TIME: All orders are shipped out within 2/3 business days of purchase from our warehouse in Bali. Processing time may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
SHIPPING METHOD: All orders are shipped through DHL EXPRESS with an approximate delivery time of 3-6 business days. Estimated delivery times serve as guidelines and do not take into account delays caused by payment authorization, customs clearance processes or other unforeseen events we do not take responsibility for.

$30 flat fee for orders under $180: Albania, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bermuda, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Estonia, French Polynesia, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Pakistan, Peru, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Sint Maarten, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Turkey, Ukraine, U.S. Outlying Islands, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Qatar, Cyprus, Hungary, Poland
Certain out of range countries/and regional or remote areas within Australia are not supported by DHL and will be shipped with regular express post (5-10 business days).

CHANGE AN ORDER
If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made. Once orders have been confirmed in our system they are unable to be changed.
RESTRICTIONS
We are unable to ship to PO boxes and to the following countries: Russia, China, Hong Kong, Ukraine, Saudi-Arabia, Maldives, certain countries in Africa & the Pacifics.
TAXES & DUTIES
All orders from Gooseberry are shipped from Bali, Indonesia. All taxes and duties are automatically computed and applied to orders. These fees will be charged at checkout along with the shipping fee.
Please be aware that Gooseberry does not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.
There are only a few countries where we are unable to calculate tax and duties. If your destination is in one of these countries and these fees were not charged at checkout, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. If you refuse to pay the Customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Gooseberry, please contact our customer service team.

Returns & Process
FULL PRICE ORDERS - You deserve something you love! At Gooseberry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a store credit or exchange.
- US Customers: Drop your order off at any Happy Returns location or mail it to our US return center using a prepaid label.
- Canadian Customers: Return items to our US return center using a prepaid label.
- UK Customers: Return items to our UK return center. Please note that we are unable to provide a prepaid shipping label at this time, customers must arrange their own shipping service.
- Australian & New Zealand Customers: Return items to our Australian return center. Please note that we are unable to provide a prepaid shipping label at this time, customers must arrange their own shipping service or drop off at a Sendle location (a $10 processing fee applies).
- Rest of the World: Return items to our Bali warehouse using a return label purchased from your local postal service. Gooseberry does not cover the cost of international returns.
Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender. Gift Cards may not be returned. Store-credit does not expire and can be used toward anything on our site.
SALE - We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or items purchased using a discount code as part of a promotion. All discounted items are considered final sale unless the product is faulty. In such cases, please reach out to us and provide proof.
FAULTY ITEMS - We take great pride in the quality of our products, and we’re truly sorry if you receive an item that isn’t perfect. If you believe your item is defective, please notify us immediately upon receipt so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
To assist our team in assessing the defect, we may request clear photos of the defect. Please keep in mind:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed will no longer be accepted as defective.
- All claims for defective items must be made before the product is used.
