All orders are shipped out within 2 Business Days of purchase from our warehouse in Bali. Please note that due the current Covid-19 there is a slight delay in processing out orders and can take up to 3-4 business day for us to process and shipping your order. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address. If orders are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are non-refundable

Cancelled Order
Orders can be cancelled within 24hrs of being made. Orders may not be modified/cancelled once the parcel has been processed. 

Taxes & Duties
We currently ship all items delivery duty unpaid (DDU).  All international packages may be subjected to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"] and are not included in the cost of the order. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Gooseberry Intimates, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Gooseberry Intimates.
