  • We offer¬†store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your¬†order

  • Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached

  • We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of you have received your return authorisations number by us.

  • The¬†store credit coupon¬†will be issued for the amount of the piece/s returned excluding the original shipping cost¬†

  • Please note, any return item received by us outside of the 14 day return policy will not be accepted. Once receive at Gooseberry Returns, this return item will be automatically shipped back to you.

  • The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Gooseberry Intimates for an exchange or a e-store credit coupon are not covered or reimbursed by us ¬†

  • Any items purchased at a discount of 25% or higher is considered final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned.¬†
  • We do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotions
  • All colour shades can slightly differ in each production run. We shoot a lot of our photography on film, therefore lighting may have an effect on the colour(s) in the photos and the fabric colour may appear slightly different in real life.

HOW LONG THE CREDIT COUPON IS AVAILABLE ?

  • The credit store coupon¬†has¬†No Expiration !
  • HOW DO I RETURN ?

    • Simply email customer.services@gooseberryintimates.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorization (RA).
    • We will provide you with the full address (our warehouse is based in Bali) when we allocate your Returns Authorisation number
    • We recommend to use a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange ¬†
    • The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Gooseberry Intimates for an exchange or a e-store credit coupon are not covered or reimbursed by us ¬†

    CREDIT STORE / EXCHANGE ISSUE

    • Once we received the tracking number of your return parcel we INSTANTLY¬†release the credit store valued to the amount of the pieces returned or proceed the exchange
    • Without a¬†tracking number provide by you for your return we will¬†release the credit store valued to the amount of the pieces returned or proceed the exchange from the day your return will be receive by us.

    CANCELLED ORDER

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24hrs of it being made
    • Orders may not be modified/cancelled once the parcel has been processed
    • A 5% fee will be charged when orders are cancelled

    WHAT IF THERE IS A FAULT?
