RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Items purchased from Gooseberry are eligible for an exchange or E.Credit Store Coupon for the amount of the piece/s returned within 15 days from the date you received your order.
- This E.Credit Store coupon has no expiration.
- Ship your package using a traceable method, if the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange
- The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Gooseberry Intimates for an exchange or a e-store credit coupon are not covered or reimbursed by us
- Gooseberry Intimates will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise / Please exercise caution when trying on garments.
- Items purchased on sale or used with a promo code are eligible for store credit only.
- Any items purchased at a discount of 40% or higher is considered final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned.
- We do not offer REFUNDS unless the item you received is deemed faulty by Gooseberry. In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will personally assist you to quickly resolve the issue.
- Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.

- Our warehouse is based in Bali. We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorisation number to you!
- To allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you, we absolutely need your name, email, order number
