All orders are shipped through DHL EXPRESS with an approximate delivery time of 3-6 business days. Estimated delivery times serve as guidelines and do not take into account delays caused by payment authorization, customs clearance processes or other unforeseen events we do not take responsibility for.

All orders from Gooseberry are shipped from Bali, Indonesia. You may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery depending on your location.

  • Canada - Duty and taxes will be collected on all orders over CAD 20. Canada charges federal and state taxes.
  • USA - Duties may be collected on certain order. The US doesn’t charge federal taxes. Instead, it has state-specific sales tax laws that apply to business-to-consumer shipments. Depending on your location, Gooseberry Intimates is required to collect sales tax on every order.

All taxes and duties will be charged at check out. By placing an order you are acknowledging and accepting all the international shipping terms. 

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you change your mind for any reason you can simply return your item(s) to our US return for a STORE-CREDIT of the item's value within 30 days of receipt; or an exchange.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days, unfortunately if 30 have passed since you've received your purchase we are unable to offer you a store-credit or exchange.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on items purchased on sale or items purchased using a discount code as part of a sale promotion, all discounted items are considered final sale, unless the items are faulty and proof is provided by the customer.

You can simply return your item(s) to our US return for a STORE-CREDIT of the item's value within 30 days of receipt; or an exchange.

Shipping labels are available at a cost of $10, this cost is non refundable. Customers may opt to purchase their own labels.

US customers may also drop off their return at any Happy Returns location free of charge.

Item/s must be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase. Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.

Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender. Gift Cards may not be returned. Items purchased on sale will not be accepted for a return, exchange or store credit. Store-credit do not expire and can be used toward anything on our site.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

If you have received a faulty item please email us to arrange a prepaid return postage label. We will replace the faulty item if stock is available or refund upon return.

Every order going to the EU is subject to tax. Duty will be collected on orders EUR 150 and over. All taxes and duties that may be levied upon your order will be charged at checkout.
