All US orders are shipped from New York with USPS Ground Shipping.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and do not account for delays caused by payment authorizations, holidays, or other unforeseen events that we do not take responsibility for.

Standard Ground Shipping:

• $10 flat fee on orders under $150 USD

Expedited Shipping Options:
• Express Shipping (2 Business Days): $18

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or Army bases.

Sales tax is automatically calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address.

You won’t be charged any customs, tariffs, or import fees — all U.S. orders ship domestically.

Gooseberry accepts returns on orders within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are returned in their original condition with tags and hygiene liners attached.

We offer:

• Refunds to your original payment method (available within 14 days of delivery – a $10 restocking fee applies)
• Store credit or exchange (available within 30 days of delivery – no restocking fee)

• Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items bought at more than 25% off can be returned for an exchange or store credit within our 30-day return window, as long as they meet our return conditions.
• Items bought at 25% off or less follow our standard return policy, including refunds within 14 days.

If you've received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos.

• Drop your order at any Happy Returns location (free of charge)
• Or mail it to our U.S. return center with a $10 prepaid label or your own shipping method.

Please note:

• Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
• Store credits do not expire and can be used toward any item on our site.

Important: Returns that don’t meet our return conditions may be sent back to you.
