Shipping Overview
PROCESSING TIME: All orders are shipped out within 2–3 business days of purchase from our warehouse. Processing time may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases, and promotions.
SHIPPING METHOD AND RATES:
United States: Shipped domestically from New York via USPS
- FREE Ground Shipping on orders over $150
- $8 flat fee for orders under $150
International Orders: Shipped from Bali, Indonesia via DHL Express
Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days
- FREE for orders over $125 USD
- $15 USD flat fee for orders under $125 USD
- $20 USD flat fee for orders under $50 USD
Out of Range Countries:
- FREE for orders over $180 USD
- $30 USD flat fee for orders under $180 USD

We ship daily and can't guarantee adjustments once your order has been processed.
- United States: Only state and local sales tax is applied at checkout — no customs, duties, or international fees.
- All other countries: Tax and duties are calculated and charged at checkout, where applicable. Please be aware that Gooseberry does not control these fees, which are levied by the country and region your order is being shipped to.
Please ensure your contact details—especially your email—are entered correctly at checkout. Our team or DHL may reach out if additional information is needed for delivery or customs clearance. Failure to respond may result in delays, lost parcels, or abandoned shipments. Gooseberry is not liable for any losses due to missing information or lack of response.
By placing an order, you are acknowledging and accepting all the international shipping terms.
Returns & Process

U.S. Customers: Drop your order off at any Happy Returns location (free of charge), or mail it to our U.S. return center using a $10 prepaid label or your own preferred shipping method.
- Eligible returns may be refunded within the first 14 days of delivery and subject to a $10 restocking fee.
- Exchanges and store credits can be processed for up to 30 days after delivery

Canadian Customers: Mail your return to our U.S. return center using a $10 prepaid label or your own shipping service. We offer refunds or store credit on eligible returns.
- Eligible returns may be refunded within the first 14 days of delivery and subject to a $10 restocking fee.
- Exchanges and store credits can be processed for up to 30 days after delivery
- UK Customers: Return items to our UK return center. At this time, we are unable to provide prepaid labels—customers must arrange their own return shipping. We offer store credit or exchanges on eligible returns.
- Australian & New Zealand Customers: Return items to our Australian return center. Prepaid labels are not currently available. Customers may either arrange their own return or drop off at a Sendle location (a $10 AUD processing fee applies). We offer store credit or exchanges on eligible returns.
- Rest of the World: Return items to our Bali warehouse using a label purchased from your local postal service. Gooseberry does not cover the cost of international returns. We offer store credit or exchanges on eligible returns.
SALEWe accept returns for sale items and purchases made with a discount of under 25% as long as they meet our return conditions. However, please note:
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Orders placed with a promotional discount of 25% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange
To assist our team in assessing the defect, we may request clear photos of the defect. Please keep in mind:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed will no longer be accepted as defective.
- All claims for defective items must be made before the product is used.
