All returns are subject to inspection - items that have been worn, soiled, altered or damaged, missing tags / label are not eligible to return. Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender.
The store credit coupon will be issued for the amount of the piece/s returned excluding the original shipping cost. The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Gooseberry Intimates for an exchange or a e-store credit coupon are not covered or reimbursed by us
Any items purchased at a discount of 25% or higher is considered final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned. We do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotions
Once we received a tracking number of your return parcel we instantlyrelease the credit store valued to the amount of the pieces returned or proceed the exchange.
Without a tracking number provide by you for your return we will release the credit store valued to the amount of the pieces returned or proceed the exchange from the day your return will be receive by us.
Orders can be cancelled within 24hrs of it being made. A 5% fee will be charged when orders are cancelled
Orders may not be modified/cancelled once the parcel has been processed

All colour shades can slightly differ in each production run. We shoot a lot of our photography on film, therefore lighting may have an effect on the colour(s) in the photos and the fabric colour may appear slightly different in real life.
