Love love this one piece but it needs adjustable straps please, its the only downside of this one piece. It looks beautiful but im a 38D and it keep getting loose on top, and would occasionally have a nip slip because of it. It could easily be fixed by adding the adjustable straps that stay not the ones that comes with.

I read all the reviews, and I did go with a medium which is my normal size, however in the size chart, it said I would be a small (maybe that is why the reviews say it runs small). I am 5'5", 135#. First off, I am 48. Things have shifted over the years. There is nothing about this suit that does not fit absolutely perfect. I will definitely order more colors. It sucks in the tummy just enough and does not make your boobs feel like they are in a vice grip, yet it still lifts.
