Be assured, we are doing our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders.
Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. Due to the current situation, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe

• International Shipping 3–5 working days - free for orders over $125 or $10 for orders below $125
• Domestic Shipping 3–5 working days - free for all orders
• Countries listed below this page* 10 working days free for orders over $125 or 30$ for orders below $125
• We cannot send to PO boxes
• Orders are dispatched from Bali within 4 working days
• Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. Special offer / new collection launch may impact the timing on when your order ships.

• Orders can be cancelled within 24hrs of being made. Orders may not be modified/cancelled once the parcel has been processed. 

• All international packages may be subjected to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"] and are not included in the cost of the order. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Gooseberry Intimates, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Gooseberry Intimates.

• Gooseberry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit
• The shipping costs for orders are non refundable
• We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances.
• By placing an order you are acknowledging and accepting all the international shipping terms

• We offer store credit, exchange or refunds within 21 days of your order date. 

• All returns are subject to inspection - items that have been worn, soiled, altered or damaged, missing tags / label are not eligible to return. Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender.

• The store credit coupon (or refund) will be issued for the amount of the piece/s returned excluding the original shipping cost. 

• The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Gooseberry Intimates for an exchange, a e-store credit coupon or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us  

• Any items purchased at a discount of 25% or higher is considered final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned. We do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotions.

HOW LONG THE CREDIT COUPON IS no AVAILABLE ?

• The credit store coupon has NO EXPIRATION !

HOW DO I RETURN ?

• ClLICK HERE to start your return process.

• We will provide you with the full address (our warehouse is based in Bali) when we allocate your Returns Authorisation number

• We recommend to use a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange

CREDIT STORE / EXCHANGE ISSUE

• Once we received a tracking number of your return parcel we instantly release the credit store valued to the amount of the pieces returned or proceed the exchange.

• Without a tracking number provide by you for your return we will release the credit store valued to the amount of the pieces returned or proceed the exchange from the day your return will be receive by us.

CANCELLED ORDER

• Orders can be cancelled within 24hrs of it being made.  

• Orders may not be modified/cancelled once the parcel has been processed

WHAT IF THERE IS A FAULT? 

• We will personally assist you to quickly resolve the issue FULL REFUND

• Do not use strong detergent, fabric softeners, bleach, leave rolled up wet or dry clean, iron, spin or tumble dry
• Lotion, sunscreen, oil and chlorine can cause discoloration. This is not a manufacturing defect.
• Please follow care instructions to keep your swimwear in the best condition
