We are pleased to be operating as normal. All orders are shipped out within 2 business days of purchase from our warehouse in Bali. Processing time may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

International (Free shipping on orders over $125)
We are shipping orders as usual to international destinations. However due the covid-19, some countries are rightly prioritizing the processing of essential food and medical supplies through customs, and as such there may be an additional delay on your package. Sometimes parcels are subject to random checks which can cause associated delays. Gooseberry is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Cancelled Order
We are unable to accept any cancellation once an order has been dispatched. If a shipment is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the package may be abandoned at destination at recipient’s responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Restrictions
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and to the following countries: Russia, China, Hong Kong, Ukraine, Saudi-Arabia, Maldives, certain countries in Africa & the Pacifics.

Taxes & Duties
We currently ship all items delivery duty unpaid (DDU). All international packages may be subjected to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"] and are not included in the cost of the order. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Gooseberry Intimates, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Gooseberry Intimates.

Sale - We do not accept exchanges or returns on items purchased on sales or promotion, unless the items are faulty and proof is provided by the customer.

Return - we will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorisation number. 

Item/s must be returned within 21 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase. Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender. Gift Cards may not be returned. Items purchased on sale will not be accepted for a return, exchange, refund or credit note. Store-credit credits do not expire and can be used toward anything on our site.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Gooseberry takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Gooseberry.

If you have received a faulty item please email us to arrange a prepaid return postage label. We will replace the faulty item if stock is available or refund upon return.
